Holiday Inn Express & Suites Coxsackie
We have a room block here for our wedding weekend, with shuttle service to and from the venue.
There is a 2-night minimum; rooms are approximately $320–$360 per night.
Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie
We have a room block here for our wedding weekend, with shuttles to and from the venue.
Rooms are approximately $290–$330 per night.
The James Newbury Hotel
We do not have a room block here, but it’s a great option if you’re looking for something a bit more elevated.
Rooms typically range from $400–$500 per night.
Staying in Hudson
For guests making a weekend of it, Hudson is a charming nearby town with great restaurants, shopping, and boutique hotels (about 20–25 minutes from the venue).
Transportation will only be provided to and from our Coxsackie hotel blocks. If staying in Hudson, we recommend arranging transportation in advance, as rideshares can be limited late at night.
Airbnbs
There are many great Airbnb and rental options in the Hudson Valley, especially in and around Hudson and Catskill. This can be a great option for groups or longer stays.
Please note that transportation will not be provided to private rentals, so we recommend arranging transportation in advance.
Flights
Albany is the closest major airport. Other options include Hudson Valley regional airports and NYC-area airports.

Parking is available at the venue. Let us know if you plan to drive.

Uber and Lyft are available, but service can be limited. Please allow extra time.

FAQs
Will there be transportation from the wedding to the reception?
Yes! For guests staying at Spark by Hilton or the Holiday Inn Express, shuttles will be provided to bring you to and from the venue. We will share the shuttle schedule closer to the date. If you plan to drive to the wedding, please just let us know!
What is the dress code?
Friday: Casual.
Saturday: Garden Party Attire. Colorful outfits encouraged!
Our ceremony will take place in the woods, and there will be gravel, so we recommend wearing block heels, wedges, or flats. Feel free to bring a second pair of shoes if you plan to hit the dance floor all night.
Are kids invited?
This is a kids-free event!
Is there a party....after the party?
Yes! Join us for a bonfire after party with s’mores, late-night bites, and beer & wine.
Shuttles will be available earlier in the evening for anyone who prefers to head back.
Will there be a photobooth?
I can't believe you're asking us that!
